Location

Auld Dubliner Tahoe

The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub at The Village at Palisades Tahoe is celebrating 20 incredible years, and we’re inviting the entire North Tahoe community to join the celebration!

Raise a pint and enjoy an unforgettable day packed with live music, food and drink specials. We’re bringing back a few of our most beloved performers from over the years:

The Keith Shannon Band with lively Irish tunes from 12-3pm
DJ Rusty Reams spinning high-energy sets on the patio from 3-7pm
Jeff Jones closing out the night with acoustic roots, rock, and folk from 7-10pm

The Auld Dubliner opened its doors in May 2005, founded by Carolyn Nunn and a group of partners. Over time, Carolyn became sole owner, and in 2015, brought on long-time bartender-turned-manager Randy Rogers as a partner. If you’ve visited the Dub, you’ve undoubtedly seen Randy—signature red hair and trademark smile, always greeting guests like family. In 2019, the leadership team grew again when Rachel Graf, former Bar Manager, joined as a third partner and helped launch the Dub’s sister restaurant, Tremigo Mexican Kitchen.

From day one, the Dubliner has stood out for its commitment to promoting from within, treating staff with respect, and building a culture that feels more like family than just a workplace. That same spirit fuels their ongoing support of local nonprofits like Boarding for Breast Cancer, Palisades Dog Patrol, Sierra Relief Kitchen, Achieve Tahoe, and many youth programs throughout the Tahoe region.

During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, that sense of community became even stronger. With uncertainty night after night, the Dub stayed open and stayed strong. Rachel Graf founded Sierra Relief Kitchen, which at its peak served over 1,700 free, home-cooked meals per week to those in need—a testament to the heart and resilience behind the Dub.

The pub itself was handcrafted in Dublin, Ireland—from the floorboards to the books on the shelves—and brought to Tahoe to create an authentic Irish experience. Today, with one of the largest whiskey selections in Lake Tahoe and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, The Auld Dubliner remains a true neighborhood pub—a place where stories are shared, laughter is loud, and everyone feels at home.

We wouldn’t be here without the support of so many, and we want to take a moment to say thank you. If we forgot anyone, please know it was not intentional and we are truly grateful.

Special thanks to:
