Uncork your Zen with an invigorating, FREE outdoor yoga class and a wine tasting. Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe while you move, breathe and flow through a Vinyasa style yoga class. This class will help clear your mind, build strength, increase flexibility and boost your energy. After the class, stay for a tasting of white wine or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
This class takes place outside at Heritage Plaza next to the Penny Bears, in the heart of Tahoe City. This event is part of the Tahoe City Downtown Association’s Food & Wine Classic. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any sun protection you might need. All levels welcome.
