Placer County Board of Supervisors will honor Theresa May Duggan with a commendation for her years of organizing, activism and altruism in North Lake Tahoe on Tuesday, June 24 at their meeting at the North Tahoe Event Center. The meeting begins at 9am and Supervisor Cindy Gustafson will present the commendation.
