In a world where change is constant, grief becomes one of our most universal companions.
Grief is ever present in our lives, both individually and collectively. We experience loss of all kinds—whether it be of a loved one, a job, a pet, a relationship, or even parts of ourselves or dreams we once held dear.
In this gathering, we hope to normalize grief so that we can integrate and process this powerful emotion. We will explore ways to heal from significant loss through open conversation, meditation, breathwork, journaling and self-care practices.
