TAHOE CITY, CA – A local development team is hosting an open community forum to discuss the future of its local property holdings.

With deep roots in the Basin, the team is committed to a “community-first” development model. The group is prioritizing social and cultural impact alongside traditional project goals. While the team’s current plans include a dedicated commitment to workforce housing, the remainder of the vision remains open for community dialogue at this time. The meeting aims to move beyond standard development presentations, offering a collaborative environment where residents can share ideas directly with the architects and builders who will execute the work.
