Begin your day with outdoor yoga at the park. Move, breathe and flow next to the soothing waters of Lake Tahoe at William B. Layton Park next to the Gatekeeper’s Museum.
This class takes place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from June 22 through September 7, 2025.
This all-levels class will include dynamic and fluid movements to increase strength and mobility, as well as, some static postures to aid in muscle recovery and increase flexibility.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and sun protection. The location is partially shaded. This class is held on dirt, please bring a beach blanket or towel if you need extra cushion.
