Tahoe Philharmonic presents Requiem: We Remember Concert

While this year marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, this tribute reaches beyond any single day or event. Through this music, we honor all lives lost to tragedy, conflict, violence, disaster, and sacrifice- and those who have stepped forward with courage and compassion.

Guest violinist Jennifer Choi performs Sibelius’s Violin Concerto on the historic Firebird Stradivarius, offering Lake Tahoe audiences a rare opportunity to hear this extraordinary instrument in concert. The Tahoe Philharmonic, conducted by James Rawie, will perform Fauré’s peaceful and moving *Requiem*. The program also includes Rossini’s *William Tell Overture*.
